At Jewellery By Lucy we are committed to maintain trust and confidence in our visitors to our web site and when out at markets and events. We do not collect data, sell data or trade email lists with any companies or businesses. Please read on to find out more about our privacy policy.

Website Cookies

Cookies are a way to collect information on how people browse and shop on websites.  At Jewellery By Lucy we use cookies to ensure the website is secure. 

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.LUCYHORNSHAW.COM we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Etsy

When someone visits Jewellery By Lucy on Etsy we use their own Statistics collection service. We do this to collect information on which items are being visited. This information does not identify anyone. Etsy also has its own privacy policies.

SumUp

We use SumUp to take credit card and debit card payments when out at markets and events.  We do not collect personal data from SumUp for purposes of marketing, emails or newsletters.  SumUp in turn have their own Privacy policy.

Purchasing Data

When you purchase an item form Jewellery By Lucy, we will use your information and address to send the purchase out to you.  We do not store this information on a database to use for marketing. The information is kept on www.LUCYHORNSHAW.COM OR Etsy.  All these sites are password protected and Etsy has its own privacy policies.  We can not see personal information on debit and credit card transactions.
